I have always loved selling. One fond childhood memory I have is planting 3 pumpkin plants in my parent's backyard. Before long, I had 25 pumpkins that I sold door-to-door before Halloween. ... (By the way, my parents were SO happy to see the pumpkins gone and I was delighted to have sold them all with money in my pocket.)
I have sold inexpensive fixers to million dollar homes. I have full working knowledge of buying and selling residential real estate.
